Brand Engagement · Relationships · Content · Community

Making brands more visible, relatable, and memorable.

I build relationships, capture stories and help organizations show up consistently—in their communities, with their referral partners and across the digital platforms their customers use every day.

Introduction

The person behind the posts, partnerships and public presence.

— relationships first, always

Wendy brings together relationship-building, storytelling, organization and creative execution. Since joining Pro-Care in 2017, she has helped represent the company in the community, nurture referral relationships, document customer experiences, support events and maintain a consistent presence across digital platforms.

Her earlier work in education, interior design, sales and hospitality gave her a practical understanding of people, presentation, service and communication. Today her work spans B2B and B2C relationship building, referral partner development, organic photo and video capture, AI-assisted content and campaign creation, review solicitation and response support, marketing asset organization and community involvement and event support.

What I Do

Six ways I help a brand show up.

Each of these grew out of nearly nine years of in-the-field practice at Pro-Care—and a longer career spent building B2B and B2C relationships, developing referral partners, capturing organic content and helping teams show up consistently.

03

Content & Storytelling

Capturing organic photos and videos, customer stories, project highlights and everyday moments that make a business feel real and memorable.

04

Digital Presence

Supporting consistent visibility across social media, Google Business Profile, websites, reviews and other online channels, including review solicitation and response support.

05

Campaigns & Creative Support

AI-assisted content and campaign creation, marketing asset organization, and the tools that keep campaigns clear, current and ready to publish.

06

Team Support & Collaboration

Helping teams build consistency through in-person support, workshops, Zoom sessions, shared content practices and stronger internal participation in the brand.
